1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or tampered electronic modules/components
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Any item without original packaging
- Clearance products
3. Refund Approval Process
Once we receive your return request:
- We verify your claim
- If approved, we arrange pickup (for eligible cases)
- Once item is received and inspected, refund will be initiated
4. Refund Timeline
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay/Paytm)
- Refund time: 5–7 business days after approval
5. Return Shipping Cost
- If product delivered incorrectly/damaged → We pay return shipping
- For all other reasons (customer decision) → Customer must pay return shipping
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; return policy applies
