1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or tampered electronic modules/components
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Any item without original packaging
  • Clearance products

3. Refund Approval Process

Once we receive your return request:

  1. We verify your claim
  2. If approved, we arrange pickup (for eligible cases)
  3. Once item is received and inspected, refund will be initiated

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay/Paytm)
  • Refund time: 5–7 business days after approval

5. Return Shipping Cost

  • If product delivered incorrectly/damaged → We pay return shipping
  • For all other reasons (customer decision) → Customer must pay return shipping

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; return policy applies
